Paneer Pulao | Leftover Rice Pulao | Paneer Capsicum Pulao

Ingredients:


  • 3 tbsp Oil 200g

  • Paneer / Cottage cheese

  • 1 medium-sized Onion

  • 1/2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

  • 1 medium-sized Tomato

  • 15 to 20 Mint Leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 4 tbsp Water

  • 1 small-sized Green Capsicum

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 cup Rice (Precooked) or (Leftover Rice)

  • Coriander


Method:


  1. In a large pan heat the oil and add cubed paneer, sauté until golden brown.

  2. Remove from the pan and keep aside.

  3. In the same, pan add onion sauté, then add ginger & garlic paste sauté.

  4. Then add tomato & mint, sauté until soft.

  5. Now add salt, cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder turmeric powder, coriander powder and water.

  6. Cook for a few minutes or until it turns aromatic.

  7. Add capsicum and sauté, then add lemon juice and mix.

  8. Now add rice and mix well, also add fried paneer and mix gently.

  9. Garnish with some coriander and serve with raita.
